Great performance so far

Been running this machine for three months and I’m impressed. Heating is fast and accurate, and the build quality's rock solid. Only improvement would be a longer power cord, but otherwise it’s top marks from me.

Perfect for batch prep!

Works great, though it's a bit heavy

Love how consistent this sous vide machine is in our hotel kitchen. It’s very easy to set up and keeps temps exactly where we need them. Only reason I gave 4 stars is that it’s a bit bulky and heavy to move around – but that’s minor, considering the performance.
