Refund policy

Overview


At BarEquip.Pro, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. While we strive to deliver only high-quality, reliable equipment, we recognize that returns or exchanges may be necessary in certain circumstances. This policy sets out the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging items.


Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, you must submit a formal request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, it may be returned even if the packaging has been opened.
  • If the item is not defective, it must be in its original, unopened packaging and in unused condition.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products with opened or damaged packaging (unless a defect is present)
  • Items showing visible signs of use
  • Custom-made or special-order products

We strongly recommend that customers inspect all items upon delivery and notify us immediately if any issues are found.


Return and Exchange Process


  1. Contact our customer support team at info@barequip.pro within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Await written confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
  3. Once approved, return the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.

Important:

  • All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • In the case of an exchange, the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.


Refund Method


Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned product.


Exchange Policy


We offer product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is confirmed to be defective, or
  • The item is unopened, unused, and returned within the eligible timeframe.

If the selected replacement item is of greater value than the original, the customer will be required to pay the price difference prior to the dispatch of the new item.
If the replacement item is of lesser value, a partial refund for the difference will be issued to the original payment method upon completion of the exchange.

All exchange requests are subject to stock availability and final approval by our support team.
