Welcome to BarEquip.Pro. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to BarEquip.Pro (operated by Bold Equip Limited). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Exchange & Return Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or any referenced policies, you should refrain from using our Services.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction; and
You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

If you allow minors to use the Services from devices you own or control, you are responsible for their activity.

2. Account and Information Accuracy

To purchase products or access certain features, you may be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email, billing, payment, and shipping details.

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
All activities conducted under your account;
Promptly updating any changes to your information.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details accurately. However:

Colors and appearance may vary due to device settings and manufacturing differences;
Product descriptions, specifications, and availability may change without notice;
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only upon our confirmation and after full payment has been processed.

We reserve the right to:

Reject or cancel any order at our discretion;
Limit quantities or restrict sales to specific countries or customers.

Cancellations may not be possible once an order is confirmed. All returns and exchanges are subject to our Exchange & Return Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD);
For in-stock items, listed prices include shipping; for made-to-order items, shipping is either included or calculated at the time of order, as indicated on the product page;
In most cases orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so import duties and taxes are handled on your behalf. In rare cases, where shipping is arranged Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) by prior agreement, customs duties, import taxes, and other governmental charges are the responsibility of the customer;
Made-to-order items are invoiced and can be paid by bank transfer, which carries no fee, or by card, which is subject to a 5% payment processing fee covering the cost of acquiring. We do not apply that fee where the law does not permit it, including payments made with consumer cards issued in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Orders placed and paid through the shopping cart carry no payment processing fee;
Prices may change without prior notice;
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information and to cover all applicable charges in full before the order is processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Please note:

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed;
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier;
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, images, videos, trademarks, and designs, is the property of BarEquip.Pro or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent;
Use our trademarks, logos, or designs without authorization.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may integrate or link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for:

Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
Infringing upon intellectual property rights;
Distributing malicious code or interfering with website functionality;
Collecting data about other users without consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BarEquip.Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products;
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BarEquip.Pro, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Consumers in the UK and the EEA

Our Services are aimed primarily at businesses. If you are buying as a consumer — not for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession — and you live in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the following applies and prevails over anything to the contrary elsewhere in these Terms:

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer;
Despite section 4, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, on the terms set out in our Exchange & Return Policy, except for goods made to your specification or clearly personalised;
Despite section 6, risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession, or that of someone you nominate to receive them, and not when they are handed to the carrier;
Despite section 10, nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you;
Despite section 12, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.

15. Partner and Referral Programmes

If you take part in our referral programme or our programme for designers and fit-out teams, you earn a commission of 5% of the value of each order placed through your personal link or introduced by you, on the following terms:

Commission is calculated on the value of the goods ordered. Shipping is billed separately and does not count towards it;
Orders are attributed to you through a cookie stored for 30 days from the visit made through your link, or by our confirming in writing that a client was introduced by you;
Commission becomes payable only once the order has been delivered to the customer and the applicable cancellation or return period has expired without the goods being returned — that is, once the customer has the equipment and can no longer send it back;
If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned in whole or in part, no commission is due on that part, and any commission already paid on it may be set off against your later payments;
Commission is paid in US dollars to the payment details you give us, and you are responsible for any taxes due on it in your own country;
We may withhold commission where an order is fraudulent or unpaid, where you place an order through your own link for yourself or a business you control, or where you breach these Terms;
We may change or end the programmes at any time. Commission already earned under the rules above is not affected.
