Shipping carriers are selected individually based on the destination and customer request. We work with a range of cargo and courier companies.
The timeframes below are measured from order confirmation to arrival and already include production, processing, and carrier coordination.
In-stock items (those that can be added to the cart) typically arrive within 1–3 weeks.
Made-to-order items take 3–6 weeks, as we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping.
Exact timing depends on the destination country and product availability. Your assigned manager will confirm a more precise estimate once your order is placed.
We use both standard courier services and cargo shipping, depending on the nature of the product and delivery requirements.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
For in-stock items (those that can be added to the cart), shipping is included in the product price.
For made-to-order items, shipping is either free or calculated at the time of order, based on the destination and volume. Each product page indicates which applies.
In most cases we ship under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, which means import duties and taxes are handled on your behalf, so you do not face additional charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms, where you would be responsible for paying import-related charges directly to the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
