Great mixer but very heavy!

Got the 30L model for our hotel’s bakery section and it performs beautifully. The dough consistency is always spot on and the motor never struggles, even with 12kg batches. One small downside—it’s a bit heavy, which made installation tricky. Still, a fantastic piece of equipment.
