Reliable, but could use more lighting

The unit performs really well and holds an impressive amount of trays. It’s efficient and ferments dough evenly every time. My only minor complaint is that the interior lighting could be brighter — sometimes it’s hard to see the back trays clearly. That said, it doesn’t affect performance so I’m still giving it 4 stars.

Reliable and durable

We’ve had this fermentation cabinet in the pastry kitchen of our resort for about two months now, and it’s doing a fantastic job. The motor is strong and consistent, and we appreciate the energy-efficient build—it helps keep our utility bills manageable despite frequent use. Big plus for the stainless steel—it cleans up fast and still looks brand new. Definitely recommend for serious bakeries.
