This houseboat is a floating living unit built on a one-piece welded marine-grade aluminum frame, with the electrics, plumbing and interior fitted at the factory before delivery. It measures 11.6 m long and 4 m wide, and arrives as a finished villa rather than a kit — the hull, waterways and cabin come as a single structure, so a venue drops it on the water instead of assembling it piece by piece.

It suits resorts, scenic-area operators and rental fleets that want a rentable room on a lake or river: overnight stays, fishing trips, BBQ outings and family day charters. The aluminum used is 5083 aluminum-magnesium alloy, chosen for corrosion and rust resistance in fresh and salt water, and it can be finished in any color you specify.

Hull and frame: welded marine-grade 5083 aluminum, with an aluminum or aluminum-and-fiberglass build option
Propulsion: optional outboard motor, from 90 hp up to 250 hp depending on the speed you want
Onboard systems: full electrical system, complete freshwater system, marine wood flooring
Options: Bimini top, fish finder, fenders and anchor
Controls: touchscreen helm

Layout, size, color and onboard configuration are all customizable, and the manufacturer accepts your logo. Certified to CE and built under ISO 9001. Because a houseboat ships as a welded one-piece unit wider than 2.3 m, it moves on a 40 ft Flat Rack High Cube; lead time runs about three months.

What material is the houseboat frame made from?

The frame is built from marine-grade 5083 aluminum-magnesium alloy. This 5-series marine alloy resists corrosion and rust well in both fresh and salt water, and the exterior can be sprayed in any color you specify.

Does the houseboat arrive assembled or as a kit?

It arrives as a finished, one-piece welded unit with the waterways, electrical circuits and furniture already installed. Because it is a single welded structure, local assembly is not recommended for a houseboat — it is delivered ready to launch.

How is a houseboat this size shipped?

Since the boat is wider than 2.3 m, it ships on a 40 ft Flat Rack High Cube, which handles units up to 11.6 m long, 4 m wide and 4 m high. Larger custom sizes are possible, with the sea freight cost adjusted to match the dimensions.

What engine options are available for the houseboat?

The houseboat takes an optional outboard motor rated from 90 hp up to 250 hp, running on gasoline. Cruising speed depends on the engine chosen, ranging from about 11 knots to 35–40 knots. The helm uses a touchscreen control.

Can the layout, size and color be customized?

Yes. Size, layout, color, onboard configuration and logo are all customizable, and OEM production is supported. Share your requirements and the manufacturer will build the boat to your specification.

What is the lead time for a houseboat order?

Production for a houseboat runs about three months. It is a fully welded, fitted-out unit, so the build covers hull construction, welding, interior installation and final testing before delivery.
