Commercial Tilting Electric Jacketed Kettle with Agitator

Heat reaches the food through the wall, not the base: thermal oil circulates in the double jacket and spreads it evenly, so sauces, chili, congee and stews cook without a scorched bottom. A tilting jacketed kettle also pours out its batch rather than being ladled.

That is what it is for — the powered agitator keeps high-viscosity product moving so it heats uniformly instead of setting against the wall. Power scales with the vessel, from 0.75 kW on the 50 L to 3 kW on the 1000 L.

Sizes run 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 1000 L. Match the kettle to the batch you cook most often — one vessel at the right size beats splitting a recipe across several smaller pots.

Specify 380 V or 220 V for the 50–200 L models; 300 L and above are 380 V only. Heating load runs from 12 kW at the small end to 36–45 kW on the largest units, so plan the circuit around the size you choose.

Footprints start at 1200 x 900 mm and 1000 mm high for the 50 L and 100 L, rising through 1400 x 1200 mm for the 400 L to 1900 x 1400 mm and 1300 mm high on the 1000 L. Allow clearance in front for the body to tilt and pour.

Stainless steel throughout, with a 3–4 mm wall thickness on the vessel for even heat transfer and durability under daily batch cooking. A 1 Year warranty applies.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
