Three cups, one driver and one switching power supply arrive together, and nothing further is required — all three cups run from the single 24 V base, so one mains outlet powers the whole display.

Draw is 10 W at 24 V through the supplied switching power supply, low-voltage rather than mains at the table. The set is designed to stay on continuously through service or an event.

A circle 27.5 cm across is all it needs, and the drive base is just 1 cm thick so it sits flat without a step up. Each cup on it is 8.6 cm in diameter and 12 cm tall.

Plasma filaments track the fingertips across the cup surface, following the hand as it moves. Untouched, the cups simply stay lit, so the display reads as ambient light until someone reaches for it.

Thermal-transfer printing puts a logo or design onto the cup surface, and custom designs are accepted beyond that. Send print-ready artwork with the order and state which cup colour it goes on.

Orange-white, red and blue are the options, selected as a variant, so a set arrives in the single colour you choose. Order multiple sets if you want more than one colour across the bar.

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
