Both halves run independently or together, so a load can be drying on top while the next one washes below. That is what lets one cabinet do the work of two machines without stalling the cycle.

Choose electric, steam, gas or hot water at the order stage — the heating arrangement is built to order, not switched later. Steam builds need a 0.4–0.6 MPa supply through a φ15 inlet.

All three variants are 862 mm wide and 2028 mm tall; depth is what changes — HOT-12 at 985 mm, HOT-16 at 1130 mm, HOT-22 at 1265 mm. Plumb a φ20 cold water inlet and a φ50 drain.

Specify one of AC 110, 220, 380, 415 or 440 V, 50–60 Hz, when you order. Rated power is 11 kW, so size the circuit and any heater draw to the configuration you choose.

Extraction reaches 600 rpm with noise rated at 70 dBA, held down by variable-frequency speed control and a suspension damping structure — worth knowing if the machine sits near guest areas.

A large lint collector cuts how often the dryer side needs clearing, and an automatic fire-extinguishing system can be added — specify it with the order, as it is an option rather than standard.

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
