All widths run 190 cm long: 80 and 85 cm suit single dorm and staff beds, 120 cm a small double, 150 cm a double guest bed. Specify thickness by job — 3 cm to freshen a tired mattress, 8 or 10 cm where the topper is doing most of the work.

Each topper ships compressed in a vacuum pack, which cuts pallet volume and makes carrying units upstairs a one-person job. Once expanded it folds, so spares sit in a linen store or move between rooms without a trolley.

Polyester fibre, and it unzips from the core so it can be laundered between stays or wiped down between turnovers. The foam core stays in service while covers rotate through housekeeping.

OEM and ODM are both open: custom sizes outside the 80–150 cm range and branded covers carrying your logo. Send finished dimensions and artwork with the order so the cover is cut and printed in the same production run.

A 1 year manufacturer warranty covers the unit. Pre-production samples are made before mass production and every order gets a final inspection before shipment, so spec issues surface before the container leaves.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
