The Manual Tray & Container Sealing Machine heat-seals food containers by hand, one press at a time, so a deli, caterer, snack packager, or small food producer can send sealed portions out without an automatic line. A single operator loads up to four containers, lays the film over them, and pulls the lever; the heated head bonds the film to each rim in one stroke. Rated output is 400–500 units per hour — enough for steady packing without the footprint or price of a conveyor sealer.
The same head takes on a wide range of packaging: yogurt and portion cups, sauce pods, ready-meal trays in both plastic and aluminum foil, round and rectangular food trays, coffee and tea capsules, snack cups, hotpot condiment pods, jelly cups, tofu and deli trays, and takeaway food boxes. Seal height adjusts from 1 to 18 cm to match each container profile, and the head works with PE, PP, PET, and PS films.
