Either — the burner is configured at the factory for the gas you run, so state natural gas or LPG when you order and it ships with the matching jets.
Why does a gas wok range need an electrical connection?
The 220 V supply drives the ignition and controls only; all cooking heat comes from the gas burner. Plan for a 220 V point and a gas line at the same position on the cooking suite.
Is there a double-burner version for a busier line?
Single- and double-burner configurations are both available. Specify the double where two cooks need to work the wok station side by side through peak service.
What space do I need to allow on the line?
