Can I fill it with plain water instead of glycol?
Plain water works for loop temperatures above freezing, and the 1.8 L tank takes either. A glycol aqueous solution is the usual choice for draft beer and pre-batched cocktails, since it lets the loop run colder without freezing.
What does the 0.1°C accuracy mean in practice behind a bar?
