What drinks can it hold, and does the mix matter?
Frozen margaritas, daiquiris, fruit smoothies, granita and slushies all run in it. The mix has to be properly sugared or alcohol-balanced before it goes in — the machine churns and chills, it does not correct a thin mix.
How do I size bowls and capacity to my bar?
Each bowl holds 12 litres, with a 15-litre version available, and the frame is built in one, two or three bowl configurations. One bowl covers a sustained rush on a single flavour; go multi-bowl when you want flavours running side by side rather than more volume of one.
What temperature does it hold the mix at?
Between -2 and -3 °C, driven by an Embraco R404a compressor. That band gives a true slush texture while staying loose enough to pour, and the auger keeps the mix turning so ice crystals never settle out.
What power supply should I specify?
600 W on either 110-120 V or 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz — state which of the two you need when ordering, as the unit is built for one or the other.
What countertop space does it need?

Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
