This upright commercial freezer is a vertical reach-in unit for kitchens, bars, and back-of-house storage, configurable from 2 to 6 doors so you can match it to the throughput of your prep line. The cabinet is built from 201/304 stainless steel, which holds up to daily wipe-downs and the knocks of a busy service. Direct (air) cooling with automatic defrost keeps the interior at a stable single temperature without manual ice-clearing, and the multi-climate rating means it performs in warm, humid kitchens as well as cooler ones.
