58 mm thermal rolls. The printer has an automatic cutter and handles text, graphics and barcodes at selectable font sizes, so receipts come off the terminal itself with no second printer on the counter.

The I/O panel carries an RJ11 cash-drawer socket, an RJ11 UnionPay PIN-pad port, one DB9 serial port, two USB 2.0 and three USB 3.0. Scanner, camera with fill light, 3 W audio and printer are already integrated; the drawer and PIN pad are not supplied.

No — only the cashier's 15.6-inch G+G screen is capacitive multi-touch and hardened against scratches. The second 15.6-inch TFT display faces the guest to show the order and running total. Both run 1366x768, 16:9.

Custom logo and packaging are available on request. Power is 100-240 V AC in, DC 12 V 4 A out, drawing 48 W, so it suits either mains standard without a variant choice. Warranty is 1 year.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
