Frequently asked questions

Trailer, cart or container — how do I choose?

Go by how often it moves. A concession trailer is towed to a new pitch every day or week, a cart or bike is pushed or pedalled to a fixed spot, and a container bar is craned in once and stays for months.

Do the trailers come with the kitchen installed?

Some do, and the product title says fully equipped. Others ship as a shell so the kitchen can be built around your menu; the Compact Kitchen zone holds the equipment for that.

Will a trailer be road-legal where I trade?

Registration, braking and lighting rules for towed units differ by country. Tell us where it will be registered and we will confirm what the build includes and what will need local certification.
