Standard 80x70mm thermal rolls feed the internal printer, which cuts automatically and runs at 200 mm/sec on ESC/POS or OPOS commands. The RJ11 port drives any 9-24V cash drawer, bought separately.

Specify the Intel build - Celeron J4125/J6412 or Core i3/i5/i7 - for Windows 10 IoT, Windows 10 Pro or Linux software. Rockchip RK3288 or RK3568 builds carry Android 8.1 or 11 instead, so name your platform on the order.

A customer-facing second display, either 7" or 10.1", plus a 2D barcode scanner and an NFC card reader are all options rather than standard. A 4G module is available on Android builds.

Five USB ports, RS-232 serial, VGA out at 1920x1080, Gigabit RJ45, RJ11 and audio cover most legacy scanners, scales and displays. Wi-Fi on 2.4 and 5GHz plus Bluetooth handle wireless.

Allow 238mm wide by 335mm deep and 339mm tall, with cabling routed through the base to keep a bar or host stand tidy. Draw is 84W on 12V DC from a 100-240V AC supply.

RAM and SSD are field-upgradeable - up to 16GB DDR4 and mSATA drives from 64GB to 512GB - so a busier site can raise spec rather than replace the unit. Cover is a 3-year manufacturer warranty.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
