This all-in-one point-of-sale terminal puts the till, display and receipt printer in a single countertop unit, so a restaurant, cafe or retail counter can ring up orders without a rack of separate boxes. The 14-inch IPS touchscreen runs a true-flat capacitive panel at 1920×1080, and the base hides cabling for a clean install on a crowded bar or host stand.

The built-in 80mm thermal printer with auto-cutter prints receipts and thermal labels at 200 mm/sec, driving both ESC/POS and OPOS commands and a 9–24V cash drawer. Processor and OS options let you match the unit to your stack — from Intel Celeron and Core i3/i5/i7 on Windows 10 IoT, Windows 10 Pro or Linux, to Rockchip-based Android builds.

  • 14" true-flat capacitive touchscreen, 1920×1080, 250 nits, 10-point multi-touch
  • Built-in 80mm thermal printer with auto-cutter, ESC/POS and OPOS support
  • Rich I/O: USB, RS-232 serial, VGA, RJ45 LAN, RJ11 cash-drawer port
  • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity; NFC card reader and 2D barcode scanner optional
  • Optional 7" or 10.1" second display for customer-facing prompts

Field-upgradeable RAM and SSD mean the terminal grows with the business rather than forcing a full replacement. Backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty.

Frequently asked questions

Does this POS system come with a built-in receipt printer?

Yes. An 80mm thermal printer with auto-cutter is built into the terminal. It prints both receipts and thermal labels at 200 mm/sec, supports ESC/POS and OPOS drivers, and takes 80×70mm paper. A 9–24V cash-drawer port (RJ11) is included.

Which operating systems and processors are available?

Windows configurations run Intel Celeron J4125/J6412 or Core i3/i5/i7 on Windows 10 IoT, Windows 10 Pro or Linux. Android configurations run Rockchip RK3288 or RK3568 on Android 8.1 or Android 11. Contact us to confirm the exact build for your software.

Can I add a customer-facing second display?

Yes, a second display is optional — either a 7" IPS (1024×600) or a 10.1" IPS (1280×800) panel. An inbuilt 2D barcode scanner and an NFC card reader are also available as add-ons.

What connectivity and ports does the terminal have?

The unit offers five USB ports, an RS-232 serial port, VGA output to 1920×1080, a Gigabit RJ45 LAN port, an RJ11 cash-drawer connector and audio. Wireless includes Wi-Fi (2.4/5G) and Bluetooth, with an optional 4G module on Android builds.

Can the RAM and storage be upgraded later?

Yes. The RAM and SSD are field-upgradeable, so you can raise the terminal's specification without replacing the whole unit. Windows builds support up to 16GB DDR4 and mSATA SSDs from 64GB to 512GB.

Is there a warranty on this POS system?

It's backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Under warranty, faults that are not caused deliberately are covered by refund or replacement.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
