Lead time: 2–4 weeks

This automatic capping machine tightens and presses caps onto filled bottles so a beverage or water line keeps moving without a manual sealing step. It handles pointed and special-shaped caps that ordinary chuck cappers struggle with, and its impulse-sealing head runs continuously on a 500 W electric motor at 220 V. At up to 10 m/min it seals bottles up to 160 mm wide, making it a fit for small and mid-size bottling of beverages, mineral water, and comparable liquid products.

The compact 520 × 300 × 530 mm frame drops onto an existing conveyor or bench without reworking the whole line. It carries an EN ISO 12100 machinery-safety declaration and ships with a machinery test report, so operators can verify the unit before commissioning.

Frequently asked questions

Will it seat pointed and special-shaped caps a chuck capper can't?

Pointed and special-shaped caps are what this head is built for — it tightens and presses them onto filled bottles automatically, which is the geometry chuck-style cappers tend to slip on.

What throughput and bottle size does it suit?

Up to 10 m/min on bottles as wide as 160 mm, with a 50 mm maximum seal width. That puts it in small and mid-size beverage and mineral water bottling rather than high-speed plant work.

What electrical supply should be on site before it arrives?

A 220 V single-phase supply feeding a 500 W motor — a light load, so no three-phase drop is needed. Have the socket within reach of the machine's position on the line.

Which bottle materials and product types does it handle?

Plastic, glass and metal containers all run through it, across beverage, mineral water, food, chemical and commodity filling as well as machinery and hardware packing.

How much space does it take on an existing line?

520 mm long × 300 mm deep × 530 mm high, so it drops onto a conveyor run or bench without re-engineering the layout around it.

What warranty and documentation come with the machine?

Warranty runs 6 Months, with online support for setup and troubleshooting. An EN ISO 12100 machinery-safety declaration and a machinery test report ship with the unit, so it can be verified before commissioning.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
