Pointed and special-shaped caps are what this head is built for — it tightens and presses them onto filled bottles automatically, which is the geometry chuck-style cappers tend to slip on.

Up to 10 m/min on bottles as wide as 160 mm, with a 50 mm maximum seal width. That puts it in small and mid-size beverage and mineral water bottling rather than high-speed plant work.

A 220 V single-phase supply feeding a 500 W motor — a light load, so no three-phase drop is needed. Have the socket within reach of the machine's position on the line.

Plastic, glass and metal containers all run through it, across beverage, mineral water, food, chemical and commodity filling as well as machinery and hardware packing.
