Polypropylene strap only, 8–9 mm wide and 0.5–0.8 mm thick, on a reel — the machine holds a high-capacity coil and feeds it automatically, with end detection to flag a run-out before the line stalls.

Up to 40 cycles per minute, which is faster than one operator can present cartons by hand, so it sits at the line end without becoming the bottleneck. Real throughput drops with big boxes or two straps per carton.

Tension dials anywhere from 0 to 45 kg, so a soft setting holds light cartons without crushing the board and a firm one locks down heavy pall-bound cases. The electronic heater keeps weld temperature consistent across both.

Single-phase 220 V at 50–60 Hz, drawing 600 W — about 4 A. No three-phase feed and no dedicated circuit run, so it plugs in wherever the packing bench already has power.

The frame is 1170 × 585 × 1420 mm and mobile, so it rolls in beside a conveyor or table without a dedicated bay. Worktable height is 850 mm; arch size is customisable, so give your largest and smallest carton dimensions with the order.

A 1-year manufacturer warranty, plus online and video technical support for setup, strap threading and troubleshooting — useful when a weld starts failing and you need eyes on the heater settings.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
