Lead time: 2–4 weeks

This electric crepe maker is a countertop griddle built for cafes, snack bars, hotel breakfast lines and busy commercial kitchens that serve crepes, galettes, blinis and pancakes to order. A single round non-stick plate handles a 3-to-14-inch range, so one machine covers mini pancakes through extra-large traditional crepes without swapping equipment. An adjustable thermostat spans 50–300°C, with a typical crepe working range of 150–250°C, giving cooks consistent browning across a long service.

The 2800 W heating elements deliver quick recovery between pours, and the gravity-flip plate design keeps the workflow simple for staff. Two mold options let you match the build to your volume:

  • High-durability steel molds for heavy-duty, long-lasting daily use
  • High-conductivity copper molds for faster heat-up and more even distribution

The housing is food-grade stainless steel — corrosion-resistant, structurally stable and easy to wipe down to meet kitchen hygiene standards. Voltage and frequency are configurable (110V/220V/380V, 50/60Hz) with international plug types, so the unit is ready for the market you operate in. Backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Frequently asked questions

Can one plate really cover both blinis and 14-inch galettes?

Yes — the single round plate is adjustable across a 3 to 14 inch range, so a breakfast line can run mini pancakes and blinis in the morning and extra-large traditional crepes or galettes later without swapping equipment.

Should I specify the steel or the copper heating plate?

Specify steel for heavy-duty, long-run daily service where durability matters most; choose copper if you want faster heat-up and more even distribution across the plate for consistent browning. Both are single round plates.

What do I need to specify on the electrical side when ordering?

State your voltage (110 V, 220 V or 380 V), frequency (50 or 60 Hz) and plug type — EU, US, UK, AU or SA — and the unit ships configured for that market rather than needing an adapter.

How do the thermostat and the 2800 W element behave through a long service?

The thermostat dials from 50 to 300°C, with crepes typically run at 150-250°C, and the 2800 W elements recover heat quickly between pours so the plate holds its setting through back-to-back orders.

How far does customisation go beyond power?

OEM and ODM work is available alongside logo customisation, on top of the configurable voltage, frequency and plug type. The two plate materials, steel or copper, are the build options on the cooking side.

What is the warranty, and what is the housing made of?

Coverage is a 1 Year manufacturer warranty. The housing is food-grade stainless steel — corrosion-resistant and structurally stable for high-traffic kitchens — and the cooking surface carries a non-stick coating.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
