A hard ice cream machine — also called a gelato batch freezer — turns a liquid mix into finished, scoop-ready gelato in one cycle: it churns, aerates and freezes inside the cylinder, so a gelateria, dessert bar or restaurant can produce fresh batches on demand rather than buying in tubs. The range scales with your volume, from a single-cylinder GL10 rated at 10 kg/hour up to the six-cylinder GL60 at 60 kg/hour, each cylinder holding 5.8 L.
The build is aimed at daily commercial use and quick turnaround between flavors:
Stainless-steel body with a drain for straightforward cleaning between batches.
Independent freezing cylinders (one on the GL10, up to six on the GL60) so you can run different flavors at once.
Blades that stop turning the moment the lid is lifted, plus a clear view of the mix as it sets.
Low noise output and a compact footprint for placement behind the counter or in a prep area.
Runs on 220 V single-phase power, with power draw scaling from 900 W on the GL10 to 5,400 W on the GL60. Backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Frequently asked questions
What is a hard ice cream batch freezer used for?
It churns, aerates and freezes a liquid mix into finished, scoop-ready gelato or hard ice cream in one cycle. Venues use it to produce fresh batches on demand rather than buying pre-packed tubs, so you control flavor and texture in-house.
How much gelato can each model produce per hour?
Output scales with the number of freezing cylinders: GL10 makes 10 kg/hour with one cylinder, GL20 makes 20 kg/hour with two, GL40 makes 40 kg/hour with four, and GL60 makes 60 kg/hour with six. Each cylinder holds 5.8 L.
Can I make several flavors at the same time?
Yes. Each freezing cylinder works independently, so multi-cylinder models like the GL20, GL40 and GL60 can churn different flavors side by side in one run.
What power supply does the machine need?
All models run on 220 V. Power draw depends on the model: 900 W for the GL10, 1,800 W for the GL20, 3,600 W for the GL40 and 5,400 W for the GL60. Plug type can be specified for your market.
How do you clean the machine between batches?
The stainless-steel body includes a drain for straightforward cleaning, and the blades stop turning as soon as the lid is lifted. Contact us to confirm the recommended cleaning routine for your workflow.
Is there a warranty on the batch freezer?
Yes. It is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty, and the machine is CE certified.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
