Hot chocolate, tea, coffee, milk, soup and mulled wine all pour from the standard tap. The mixing paddle keeps a thick hot chocolate dispenser load uniform so the powder stays in suspension and nothing scorches on the base plate.

Touch switch sets the target and the LED display shows it, anywhere from 30 to 90 °C. Low settings suit warm holding on a buffet line; the top of the range brings drinks up to serving hot.

Five litres suits lighter service and shorter sittings; ten litres covers busier bars, breakfast buffets and event lines where the tap runs continuously and refills between rushes are awkward.

State your voltage, 220–240 V or 110–120 V, and your plug type from EU, UK or US when ordering. Draw is 640 W, so a single standard wall outlet behind the bar is enough.

Food-grade PC plastic forms the tank over a 304 stainless steel base plate fitted with a thermal protector. The unit carries CE and ROHS certification.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
