Vacuum-only is a 10 kg dry-pickup machine covering about 500 m² and climbing 30 mm thresholds. The scrub version weighs 12 kg, adds a 350 mm-plus floor roller and crosses 230 mm. The scan-and-drag all-in-one does both and covers 1,000 m² per session.

Only the scan-and-drag all-in-one hydrates itself, pumps out sewage and collects dust automatically — the vacuum and scrub versions need a person to empty and refill. That is the difference between a commercial robot vacuum a crew tends and one that runs a shift unattended.

The 10,400 mAh battery gives up to roughly 6 hours of runtime and tops up in about two hours. When it drops low it returns to dock, recharges and resumes the route rather than stopping mid-floor.

Water flow, travel speed and scrubbing intensity are all adjustable per floor type, and suction switches between 5,000 Pa mute, 10,000 Pa standard and 20,000 Pa maximum — mute for daytime trading hours, maximum for warehouse dust after a shift.

Each unit connects over WiFi or 4G and is scheduled from the app, with multi-unit scheduling for facilities split into zones. The operating language is English; day-to-day use needs no technical staff.

Rated life is 5,000 hours. Routine work is swapping the 1.5–3 L dust box and the water tank, both designed for tool-free replacement, plus the HEPA filter as a consumable. Branding can be customised on request.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
