An IC card tap or a QR-code scan releases the machine, so the guest pours their own measure. Nobody has to stand behind the unit — one member of staff can oversee a whole self-pour wall or tasting bar.

At roughly 1 liter per minute, a tasting pour clears in a couple of seconds and a full glass in well under half a minute, so a queue at a self-pour station or flight counter keeps moving rather than backing up.

A power outlet, nothing more — no plumbing. This is a tabletop unit, not a floor-standing fixture, so it sets straight onto an existing bar top, buffet counter, or hotel lounge shelf.

State 110V/60Hz or 220V/50Hz to match your mains, and choose light pink or black. Both voltages are built as separate variants, so the pairing you pick at order is what ships.

A logo can be laser-printed on the front once usage authorization is signed, and colour, design, and packaging are all open to customisation beyond the two stock finishes.

A 3-year manufacturer warranty against confirmed defects, meaning faults traced to production; repair parts or a replacement are supplied under it.

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
