Yes. Each sign carries an IP65 rating and a rated operating range of -25°C to 60°C, so it holds up on outdoor facades, entrances, and covered patios as well as indoors.

Signs are built to your artwork — 26-letter lettering sets, numbers, symbols, hearts, rounds, ovals, and free-form cut-to-shape designs. Send a logo or layout and the manufacturer fabricates to it.

They run on 110–240V AC through the supplied adaptor or transformer; LED modules operate at DC12V. The signs are compatible with standard mains supply.

The LEDs are rated for up to 100,000 hours of service. Actual life depends on run hours and operating conditions.

You can wall-mount, window-mount, hang, or free-stand them. A 1:1 fixing template ships with each sign to line up the fixings during installation.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
