Custom LED Neon Sign — Logo & Text, Cut-to-Shape

Send your text or logo artwork plus the font, colour and backboard shape you want — round, rectangle, square, heart, triangle, cut-to-shape or cut-to-letter. Graphics and text are both supported, so a logo mark works as readily as a name or short slogan.

Production runs 2 to 3 working days once the artwork and layout are confirmed, with most orders arriving within 7 to 12 days. Confirm the layout before it goes into production — a cut backboard cannot be re-cut.

IP65 and a UV surface treatment cover covered outdoor and window positions, including high-traffic entrances. Fit it under an awning, canopy or recess rather than on a fully exposed wall face.

AC 110–220V through the supplied adaptor, so the same sign suits either mains standard; plug and battery options are also available. The included wireless remote covers on/off, dimming and switching between static and flashing.

Wall hanging, wired ready for a standard mount, so plan for a fixing surface and a socket within reach of the adaptor. Brightness is enough to light a medium-sized room, and the remote dims it back for a softer glow behind a bar.

The LED strips are rated for 50,000 hours and stay cool while drawing little power, holding a stable output rather than dimming or flickering the way glass tube neon does. A 1-year manufacturer warranty applies.

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
