This is a desktop dye-sublimation card printer built for venues that issue their own PVC cards on site — staff IDs, membership and loyalty cards, student cards, or event badges. It prints on both sides of a CR-80 card (the standard 53.98 × 85.6 mm credit-card format) at 300 DPI, so photos, logos, barcodes, and text come out sharp enough for access control and point-of-sale scanning. A 100-card magazine feeds cards automatically, which keeps a front desk or badge station moving during check-in or enrollment rushes.

Print speed scales with the job: single-sided monochrome runs about 4.8 seconds per card, single-sided color about 20 seconds, and full double-sided color about 42 seconds. It handles card thickness from 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm, so you can print standard cards as well as thicker composite stock. The ribbon carries an RFID tag for supply tracking, and connectivity covers USB 2.0 with optional Ethernet and RS232 for shared or networked deployments.
