Match the pitch to how close guests stand. The 1.25 mm pitch is sharp from 1–4 m at the counter edge; 1.56 mm suits 1.5–15 m; 2 mm covers 2–6 m; and 2.5 mm reads well at 2.5–7 m across a lobby. A tighter pitch gives a crisper image up close.

Content is managed through the built-in content management system and can be updated remotely from a phone, laptop or PC. Staff schedule welcome messages, menus or branding without touching the hardware.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery.
