This configuration is rated at roughly 200 kg per hour. Actual throughput depends on the moisture, density and hardness of the waste stream, so treat 200 kg/hr as a nominal figure and contact us with your material for a closer estimate.

The shredder is offered with a 3 kW, 5.5 kW or 7.5 kW motor. Higher power suits denser or more abrasive loads; the base configuration ships with the 3 kW motor.

Blades are forged, quenched and CNC-ground for high hardness and wear resistance, which extends service life and reduces replacement frequency. Actual life varies with the hardness and abrasiveness of the material being shredded. You can also specify tougher blade steel — such as H13 or Hardox 550 — for harsh waste streams.
