Industrial Dual-Shaft Food Waste Shredder — 3–7.5 kW

Food and organic waste — kitchen residues, fruit and vegetable trimmings, market garbage — reduced to a uniform output suitable for fertilizer fermentation or lower-volume transport. Larger dual-shaft sizes cover solid, bulky and industrial waste.

Torque does the work, not speed. The K77 gearbox turns the two 90 mm 42CrMo shafts slowly enough to grip wet, mixed loads and tear them instead of skating over them, and the 300 x 380 mm opening takes a steady infeed rather than piece-by-piece feeding.

Choose 3 kW, 5.5 kW or 7.5 kW at order. The 3 kW is the base build; step up to 5.5 or 7.5 kW where the feed is denser or more abrasive and the machine will be running loaded for long spells.

Thirty 180 mm x 10 mm blades, forged, quenched and CNC-ground for hardness. Blade steel is specified at order from alloy tool steel, NM-500, H13 or imported Hardox 550 — pick the harder grades for abrasive streams.

Footprint is 1500 x 600 mm with an overall height of 1400 mm. Operation runs through PLC control, with motor, bearing, gearbox, reducer and blades as the core components.

Build-to-drawing and OEM/ODM customization are supported, with the dual-shaft platform available in other sizes and specifications. The machine conforms to CE Directive 2006/42/EC and carries a 1 Year manufacturer warranty with online video guidance.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
