This industrial food waste shredder is a dual-shaft cutting system built to break down food residues, fruit and vegetable leftovers, market garbage and other organic waste into a uniform, low-volume output. For a processing plant, waste-transfer station or large kitchen operation, it turns bulky wet waste into material ready for organic-fertilizer fermentation or sanitation transport, cutting the cost and handling of moving raw waste.
The cutting chamber runs a 90 mm 42CrMo quenched-and-tempered spindle carrying 30 blades (180 mm diameter, 10 mm thick), turning at a slow, high-torque 10–12 r/min through a K77 gearbox. Low speed with high torque is what lets it grip and tear tough, mixed loads without jamming, and the 300 × 380 mm feed opening handles a steady infeed rather than one piece at a time. Blade material can be specified from NM-500, H13, alloy tool steel or imported Hardox 550 depending on how abrasive the waste stream is.
