Industrial UV Water Disinfection System — Stainless Steel, Auto-Clean

Water flows through a stainless steel chamber around a quartz sleeve that houses the UV lamp, so the water never contacts the lamp itself. UV-C light damages the DNA of bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms, leaving them sterile and unable to replicate.

Yes. UV disinfection is most effective when the incoming water is as clear as possible. Proper upstream pre-filtration removes sediment and turbidity that would otherwise shield microorganisms from the UV dose.

The UV lamp life is rated at around 9000 hours, which is roughly one year of continuous use. Replacing it annually keeps the UV dose within its effective range.

It is rated for 150 m³/h with DN200mm (8 inch) inlet and outlet connections, and the chamber is rated to 0.6 MPa. Size the unit above your peak flow so every drop receives an adequate UV dose.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
