How much floor space does the table need once it's in place?
The table itself is 240 cm long, 77 cm wide and 80 cm high, so allow that length plus throwing room at both ends — players stand off the short sides, not beside it.
What arrives in the crate, and what has to be done on site?
Nothing has to be built — the table ships assembled and tested in wooden packing. Uncrate it, position it, plug it in and the lighting comes up.
How far does the customisation go on a quantity order?
Logo, colour, finish, lighting and language version are all open on quantity orders, so a table can be built to match the room it's going into. Supply artwork and the colour reference with the order.
What do we need to specify for power?
State 110 V or 220 V when ordering — the unit draws 600 W and ships with a US plug as standard, so name the plug type you need if that isn't right for your site.
What warranty and certification does it carry?
A 12-month manufacturer warranty covers the table, and the unit is CE certified. The factory is SGS audited.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
