This modern LED acrylic chandelier is a hanging fixture for tall, open spaces — hotel lobbies, restaurant dining rooms, bar mezzanines and any venue where a high ceiling calls for a statement light. Layered acrylic shades on an iron-and-aluminum frame diffuse the built-in LED into an even 2700K soft warm glow, so the fixture reads as decor by day and as ambient light after dark.
The LED source runs at 85 lm/W with an 80 CRI, a 110° beam angle and a rated 30,000-hour lifespan, and it accepts a wide AC 85–265V (110–240V, 50/60Hz) input for use across regions. Yes. The chandelier is built to order — size, drop length, frame and shade finishes (brushed, lacquered and custom colors) are all customizable, with full OEM/ODM design support including lighting and circuitry layout and AutoCAD drawings.
What voltage does the chandelier require?
The integrated LED accepts a wide AC 85–265V input (110–240V, 50/60Hz), so it works across regions. Confirm your local voltage when ordering and it will be built accordingly.
Is the light dimmable?
The standard fixture uses simple switch control. Dimming is available as an option — DL dimming or DMX 512 can be specified during customization for scene control.
How bright and warm is the light?
The LED runs at a warm 2700K soft white with 85 lm/W efficiency, an 80 CRI and a 110° beam angle for even diffusion through the acrylic shades. Final output depends on the size and configuration you order — contact us to confirm total lumens for your build.
What warranty comes with the chandelier?
It is backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty. The LED source is rated for roughly 30,000 hours of service life.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
