Fifteen chairs go in one column, so divide your seat count by 15 for the number of stacks to park. Each chair is 450 mm wide and 520 mm deep at 920 mm high, which is the footprint to allow per column in a store room or trolley bay.

Both use a 25x25 mm tube, but aluminum is drawn at 1.8 or 2.0 mm wall and steel at 1.0 or 1.2 mm, so state the material and wall thickness on the order. Either way the frame carries over 400 kg.

Two things: frame colour (gold, silver, black, brown or a custom match) and fabric colour from the upholstery range, plus whether you want powder coating or glossy oil paint on the tube. OEM/ODM covers colours outside the standard set.

Rated for indoor and outdoor use, yes — but keep long-term outdoor placement under cover. Sustained exposure is what wears the paint finish and the fabric, not the occasional hour on a lawn.

A 9 mm plywood seat panel and 5 mm plywood back, topped with high-density mould foam rather than cut slab foam — that density is what holds shape through a three-hour dinner service and repeated stacking.

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
