Does this wristband printer need ribbons or cartridges, and what will they cost?
Thermal media is the only consumable. This wristband printer works in pure direct-thermal mode, so nothing else gets replaced — no ribbon, no toner, no cartridge, and one less thing to stock behind the desk.
What media widths does it take, and will it switch between wristbands and 4x6 labels?
Media up to 108 mm (4.25 in) wide feeds through it, which covers 4x6 labels at the top end and narrow wristbands at the bottom. A flexible media sensor picks up the change in label size, so registration holds when you swap stock mid-shift.
Which interface should I specify when ordering?
Three M4201 variants are listed: USB only, USB plus Bluetooth, or USB plus Bluetooth plus Wi-Fi. Pick USB for a fixed till position, and the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi build if staff print from tablets or roam the queue. Choose it in the variant picker.
Can it be driven by our booking or membership system?
An SDK is supplied for integration with booking, membership, ticketing and POS software. Custom logo and colour work plus ODM/OEM builds are also accepted.
What does daily upkeep involve on an admission line?
The print head and rubber roller both detach, so cleaning takes minutes rather than a service call — useful when the printer sits in a queue that cannot stop for long.
Is 203 dpi enough for barcodes and QR codes on a wristband?
203 dpi resolves barcodes, QR codes and small text cleanly, which is what scanners at a gate need. Print speed runs 75–152 mm/s, and the unit carries CE, FCC, RoHS and FDA marks with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
