This is a modular wireless conference and discussion system built for boardrooms, council chambers and hotel meeting halls — the kind of room where a chairman runs the agenda and delegates speak in turn. Eight wireless delegate microphones talk to one 8-channel UHF receiver, and an amplifier and speaker carry every voice to the room.

The system is sold as separate building blocks so you can match it to the room:

  • Delegate microphones — square-profile gooseneck mics on a desktop base with an adjustable angle. Each runs on 2 AA batteries for more than 13 hours of continuous use, with up to 80 m of range in ideal conditions and at least 45 m in a crowded room.
  • 8-channel receiver — a 2U unit for a rack or a desk, working in the 610–670 MHz UHF band with 400 selectable channels. Eight color displays show each microphone's number, signal strength and frequency; every channel has its own volume and output, plus one combined output that mixes all eight.
  • Power amplifier and speaker — drive the room audio across the full 20 Hz–20 kHz band.

Microphones pair in one click by infrared frequency matching, and when a microphone is switched off its channel mutes itself, which keeps interference and noise off the room audio. Two systems can share the same band, handheld and lavalier transmitters can be mixed in alongside the conference mics, and a lock key stops anyone changing the receiver settings by accident.

Frequently asked questions

What arrives in the 8 Mic+Terminal variant, and what has to be ordered alongside it?

Eight gooseneck delegate microphones and the 8-channel UHF receiver they talk to. Room audio is not included — add the PN44 amplifier and DM-10 speaker as separate line items if the room has no existing PA.

Do the delegate microphones link wirelessly, or is there cabling to run?

Wirelessly. Each microphone transmits to the receiver in the 610–670 MHz UHF band, with 400 channels to choose from, and pairs in one click by infrared frequency matching. Range is up to 80 m in ideal conditions and at least 45 m in a crowded room, so the receiver can sit in a rack at the back.

What power does it need, and how long do the microphones run?

The receiver runs on 12 V DC at 1300 mA. Each microphone takes 2 AA batteries, good for more than 13 hours of continuous use — a full day of sessions — so keep spare batteries at hand.

How does the receiver install in a boardroom?

It is a standard 2U unit, 485 × 200 × 90 mm and 2.8 kg, that goes into an equipment rack or sits on a desk, so it can share a rack with the amplifier for a permanent, tidy install.

How are the eight microphones managed during a meeting?

Each microphone has its own channel on the receiver, with its own volume and output, and a combined output mixes all eight for the PA. When a delegate switches a microphone off, its channel mutes itself, so no noise comes through, and a lock key stops anyone changing the settings mid-session.

What audio quality does the system deliver?

The microphone link carries 80 Hz–18 kHz (±3 dB) with a signal-to-noise ratio above 105 dB and distortion under 0.5%, and the PN44 amplifier and DM-10 speaker cover 20 Hz–20 kHz. The system carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
