589 nm 500 mW Yellow DPSS Laser Module — TTL/Analog Modulation

589 nm is very hard to reach with a direct diode, so the yellow comes from a diode-pumped solid-state stage instead. That gives a TEM00 beam at 500 mW CW with 2–3% RMS stability over four hours at 25 °C.

Beam size is around 3 mm at 1/e² with full-angle divergence under 1 mrad, so the spot stays tight over working distance. Beam height off the bench is 29 mm.

TTL or analog modulation is accepted from 0 to 30 kHz — gate the beam fully on and off, or ramp the power under analog control for scanning and imaging work.

A complete bench set: laser head, lab adjustable power supply, power cable, connecting cable and two interlock keys. The supply takes 86–260 V mains, so no step-down is needed; the head itself draws 5 V at 18 A through the supplied link.

Keep it at 25 ±3 °C — that is the rated operating window, with combined thermal-controlled and air cooling on the head. Storage tolerates −45 °C to +60 °C, and warm-up to stable output takes under a minute.

OEM/ODM work is available, and the rated MTTF of 10,000 hours suits continuous duty inside an instrument. Units carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
