Lead time: 2–4 weeks
This machine handles the wet stage of bagel and dough production on a single continuous chain: it scalds product in boiling water, runs it through an alkaline (lye) or sugar bath, and can also fry in oil — the three steps most craft and mid-volume bakeries do by hand. Three heating pipes bring the water up fast and hold it, so a busy line keeps a steady 2,000–3,000 pieces per hour without stalling between batches.
The conveyor net-chain lifts on a stay bar for cleaning, and the 304 food-grade stainless body resists corrosion and wipes down between runs. Temperature and water depth are visible at a glance, and the switch panel controls both chain speed and temperature, so an operator can dial in a stable water or oil temperature and leave it. The chain length and configuration are customizable to fit your throughput and product size.

Frequently asked questions
Can one machine do the boil and the lye bath, or is that two passes?
All three wet steps run on the one continuous chain — scalding in boiling water, an alkaline (lye) or sugar bath, and oil frying. Set the tank for the process you need and the chain carries product straight through.
Will it hold 3,000 pieces an hour without dropping temperature between batches?
Three heating pipes bring the water back up fast and hold it, which is what keeps a line at a steady 2,000–3,000 pieces per hour instead of stalling between batches. Actual figures depend on product size and your wet-stage settings.
What electrical supply do I need to have ready before delivery?
380 V with 16 kW of electric heat, so the bakery needs a three-phase supply sized for that load in place at the install position before the machine arrives.
How far does the customisation go?
Chain length and configuration are both built to order, so the dwell time and chain width can be matched to your throughput and product size. OEM and ODM builds are available.
How do you get into the tank at the end of a run?
Lift the net-chain conveyor and prop it on the stay bar — that opens up the tank underneath for access. The 304 food-grade stainless body wipes down and resists corrosion between runs.
What footprint should I allow, and what comes with the machine?
1580 mm wide by 930 mm deep and 1190 mm high, plus room to swing the chain up on its stay bar. It ships tested and adjusted with a setup video and instructions, under a 1 year warranty.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
