Plumb it in and sit it on the counter — it takes a direct water inlet at 0.1–0.4 MPa working pressure, so there is no manual refilling. Pressure outside that band needs correcting before the unit goes in.

One click starts the automatic cleaning cycle, which flushes the internal water path without a teardown. The brushed stainless body wipes down from the outside between rushes.

The heating element draws 4500 W, and voltage is built to order rather than fixed — state your site voltage on the order so the machine is wired for your market.

Voltage, logo, colour, design and packaging are all open to customisation. Logo work needs a usage authorisation from you; send the artwork and the authorisation with the order.

Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
