A bottoms-up dispenser fills through the base of the cup, so it only works with cups built for it: a magnet set into the base holds a sealing disc shut, the valve pushes it open as the cup sits on the pad, and the magnet snaps it closed again when the cup lifts away. Ordinary glassware has no valve in the bottom and cannot be used on these machines.

Can I use my own beer glasses on a bottoms-up dispenser?

No. The machine pushes beer up through a valve in the base of the cup, and ordinary glassware has no valve there — the pad simply will not fill it. Only cups with a magnetic sealing base work, which is what this listing is for.

Will these fit my dispenser?

They fit standard bottoms-up dispensers, including the 1, 2 and 4-glass systems we sell. If you run another brand, send us the model before ordering and we will confirm the pad and seal match.

Glass or reusable plastic — which should I order?

Glass for seated service inside the venue: it looks like a normal beer glass and the guest never sees the mechanism. Reusable plastic for festivals, stadiums, pool decks and any site where glass is banned — it is lighter to move in bulk and survives being dropped on concrete.

How are they supplied?

By the case: 16 oz glass comes 50 to a case, and the 14, 16 and 20 oz plastic cups come 100 to a case. Order by service point rather than by guest count — every dispenser needs a full case within arm's reach — and keep one spare case for breakage and loss.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
