It holds already-fermented, carbonated beer under pressure so it drops bright and stays cold until kegging or bottling. The sealed, pressure-rated build keeps carbonation locked in through maturation rather than driving it.

State your capacity between 50 and 10,000 L and your steel grade: 304 food-grade is standard, 316L is the more corrosion-resistant option. OEM/ODM builds are supported, so layout and fitting positions can be specified too.

A dimple jacket wraps the full body and circulates glycol or chilled water, so temperature sits evenly across the shell rather than stratifying. You supply the glycol chiller or chilled water loop; the jacket handles heating as well as cooling.

Full-welded 304 stainless throughout: 3 mm interior shell, 2 mm exterior, mirror-polished inside. Connections are sanitary tri-clamp with no dead corners, so clean-in-place routines run without yeast or protein hanging up.

The horizontal layout is the point — it keeps height down and suits brewpubs and commercial cellars where floor space is short and gravity transfer matters. Shell diameter is 1560 mm; plan jacket line runs and clamp access around that.

Sake maturation and water processing both suit the same food-grade sanitary build. Certification is CE to 2006/42/EC, and the tank carries a 3 Years manufacturer warranty.
