Depending on the payment head you order, a customer pays by coin, token, banknote or QR code, then the chair runs for the massage time you've set against that price. It's designed for high-footfall public spaces where people wait or pass time: shopping mall concourses, airport gate areas, hotel lobbies, cinemas and gym waiting rooms. It runs unattended and collects payment itself, so it works wherever you can plug it into a 110-240 V outlet and leave it earning.

It reclines into a zero-gravity position and works the full body — head, neck, shoulders, waist, back, buttocks, legs, calves and feet. The mechanism is a 4D unit with SL-track rollers, air compression and an infrared hot-compress function. Armrest buttons let the user raise, recline, adjust and pause the chair, and there's a USB port for charging a phone.

Takings sit in a lockable iron cash box inside the chair, and a companion app shows income in real time so you can check each unit remotely. An alarm prompts a seated customer who hasn't paid, and a free teaser run of the first 10-20 seconds demonstrates the massage to encourage payment.

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
