Commercial Automatic Donut Making Machine — High-Capacity Fryer

Three sizes — 38 mm, 70 mm and 80 mm — from the 20 mm, 36 mm and 40 mm blanking dies supplied with the machine. Swap the die to change size; donut thickness is adjustable separately, and the shape is square.

Voltage, above all — the fryer is built in 110 V, 220 V or 380 V, so state your site supply on the order. OEM/ODM work is accepted too, including customised capacity and features.

Only the discharge barrel needs mounting to the body, which is a simple job. The machine travels in a standard export wooden box with a waterproof membrane wrapped around it to keep out dust and moisture.

One operator covers it. Shaping, flipping and frying all run automatically off the chain crawler conveyor, with automatic temperature control and ultra-high-temperature protection holding the oil bath steady between 50 and 300°C.

Allow 1050 mm wide by 540 mm deep, standing 670 mm high, in 304 stainless steel. The workbench is waterproofed 360°, and a safety oil-discharge valve handles oil changes at the end of the day.

There are no wearing parts on this machine. It carries a 1 Year warranty with lifetime technical support behind it, and holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CE, BSCI and ETL certification.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
