It is designed for unattended self-service in high-traffic public spaces — shopping malls, subway stations, airports, hotel lobbies, schools and office floors. The stainless-steel body stands up to daily cleaning and public use, and the free-standing cabinet needs only floor space, a power socket and a payment method you select.

Three ways, chosen to suit the site: the built-in 20 L internal tank for locations with no plumbing, a direct mains connection for high-volume spots that never want to refill, or an optional external filter inline with the supply for better water quality.

Payment hardware is selected by variant — coin, banknote, credit card and contactless, or combinations of these. Variants with a coin module also return coin change. Choose the payment configuration that matches your site when ordering.

Between 180 and 320 cups per load depending on configuration and cup size. A 1.5 kg bean hopper feeds fresh-ground espresso drinks, and three instant canisters hold milk, chocolate and other mixes, so the machine runs long stretches between service visits.

Yes. A cloud management system reachable by web and mobile app reports sales data, ingredient inventory, machine status and faults, and allows remote configuration — so you can run a machine sited where nobody is on hand to check it.

It runs on AC 110–120 V or 220–240 V at 50/60 Hz, with peak draw of 3200 W at 230 V (2000 W at 110 V) and standby below 100 W. Specify your voltage and plug type when ordering so the machine ships ready for your market.

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
