A dry aging cabinet gives a steakhouse, butcher counter or charcuterie kitchen a controlled environment to mature beef, pork, poultry, fish, ham, salami and cheese in-house. It holds 0–10°C with humidity locked in a 50–85% band at roughly ±5%, so the meat loses moisture evenly and stays juicy however long it ages. Short-wave UVC sterilization runs alongside the cooling to keep the interior surface clean during long aging cycles.
Air cooling circulates slow, wrapped cold air around the product rather than blasting it, which keeps the surface from stiffening. An R290 compressor handles the refrigeration, and the whole cycle is set from a digital control panel that shows temperature in real time. The cabinet is built in stainless and painted steel with a single glass door and three height-adjustable shelves, plus anti-corrosion LED lighting rated for high humidity so aging meat stays on display.
Temperature range 0–10°C with digital control and real-time readout
Humidity held 50–85% at about ±5% via a moisture-proof sensor
Short-wave UVC sterilization for the interior
Air-cooling system with an R290 compressor, semi-automatic defrost
Adjustable shelving and anti-corrosion LED lighting behind a glass door
For a serious home cook or a private steak enthusiast, this cabinet brings restaurant-grade dry aging into the kitchen. Set the temperature and humidity, load a rib primal or a batch of charcuterie, and let natural enzymes do the work — the same controlled 0–10°C, 50–85% humidity environment used behind professional counters, in a size that suits a home setup.

Frequently asked questions
What can you age in this dry aging cabinet?
It matures beef, pork, chicken, fish, ham, salami and other charcuterie, and cheese. Fish and poultry should have the viscera and blood removed and the surface dried first; cheese and cured sausages can go straight in and age for several months depending on type and size.
How stable is the humidity control?
A moisture-proof temperature and humidity sensor holds the cabinet within a 50–85% humidity band at roughly ±5%, so the meat matures evenly with less loss and stays juicy across long aging cycles.
Does the cabinet sterilize the interior during aging?
Yes. A short-wave UVC lamp sterilizes the interior surfaces alongside the cooling system, which helps keep the environment clean through the weeks-long aging process.
What capacities and temperature range are available?
The cabinet comes in 150, 240, 380 and 450 L capacities, all operating across a 0–10°C temperature range with a 160 W air-cooling system and an R290 compressor.
Can I get the cabinet branded with my logo?
Yes, OEM service including logo printing is available. Contact us to confirm options and lead time for a custom order.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
