This countertop donut machine is a self-contained fryer for snack bars, cafes, bakeries and food stalls that need a steady run of fresh donuts without a full production line. It shapes, flips, transfers and fries in one pass, so one operator can keep output moving during service. The three mold sets — ring, sphere and Botti — let you switch between classic ring donuts and filled ball shapes, with donut sizes from 30–90 mm depending on the mold.
Built from 304 stainless steel, it runs on a 3,100 W element with adjustable oil temperature and frying time, plus a 3-step stepless thickness adjustment for controlling dough portion. A dual start/stop power switch and a safety oil-discharge valve keep the unit manageable during a busy shift.
