Made to order to your spec — you choose the size and configuration.

This electrostatic precipitator (ESP) cleans grease-laden exhaust before it leaves a commercial kitchen. Air is drawn through a single ionizing electric field where oil mist, smoke and fine particles pick up a charge and collect on the ESP cells, so up to 95% of the fume load is captured instead of coating your ductwork, roof fan and the air around the building. It handles 4000 m³/h on a 150 W draw, which suits a restaurant line, a hotel kitchen or any back-of-house hood run that has to meet neighbor and landlord expectations on smoke and smell.

The housing is carbon steel built to sit in a hot, greasy duct run without rusting out, and a built-in cooling fan keeps the high-voltage unit stable through long service. The aluminum collector plates pull out for cleaning on roughly a two-month cycle — you wash them rather than buy replacement cells, so running cost stays low over the life of the unit.

Frequently asked questions

How much grease and smoke does this ESP remove from exhaust?

Electrostatic separation captures up to 95% of oil mist, fume and smoke particles. Air passes through a charged electric field that pulls the particles onto the collector cells, so most of the grease load stays in the unit instead of building up in your ductwork, roof fan and the air outside.

What size kitchen does a 4000 m³/h unit suit?

At 4000 m³/h this one covers a single hood run or a small-to-mid restaurant or hotel kitchen line. Match the rating to your hood's extraction airflow — if your hood moves more than 4000 m³/h you would run units in parallel to keep the capture rate up.

How often do the cells need cleaning, and do they wear out?

The aluminum collector plates pull out for washing on roughly a two-month cycle, depending on how much you cook and fry. You clean and reinstall the same cells rather than replacing them, so there are no routine consumable parts to budget for.

What power does the unit draw and how is it built?

The power rating is 150 W, with a single electric field and one high-voltage power unit. The housing is carbon steel chosen to resist rust and corrosion in a hot, greasy duct, and a built-in cooling fan keeps the high-voltage components stable during long operation.

Will it connect to my existing kitchen ductwork?

Yes — it has flanged inlet and outlet connections at 440 × 490 mm and installs inline with standard kitchen exhaust ducting. The body measures 555 × 670 × 690 mm, so it fits above a ceiling or in a plant room along the extract run.

Is the air purifier covered by a warranty?

It is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering the high-voltage power unit and electric field. Routine cleaning of the cells is normal maintenance and is not a warranty item.

Is shipping included in the price?

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
