Lead time: 2–4 weeks
This batch freezer is a commercial gelato and hard ice cream machine that turns a chilled mix into dense, scoopable product on demand. A 4.3 L mix hopper feeds the freezing cylinder, and the unit churns out 16–20 L per hour — enough throughput for a gelateria display case, a bakery dessert menu or a bar's signature frozen desserts. The energy-saving, low-noise compressor keeps it viable for front-of-house placement where kitchen space is tight.
Output of 16–20 L/h from a 4.3 L mix hopper
1400 W motor on 110–220 V / 50–60 Hz supply
Handles milk, cream, fruit, yogurt, chocolate and ready mixes
Countertop footprint at 500 × 530 × 700 mm
The stainless build wipes down between batches, and OEM/ODM options let you match the finish to a branded counter. Backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
How does a batch freezer differ from a soft-serve machine?
Batch freezers make hard, dense product in discrete batches that you pan off, blast down and scoop; soft-serve dispenses a lighter product straight to the cone. This one is built for gelato and hard ice cream destined for a display case.
How many covers will 16-20 L/h actually support?
Each cycle takes up to 4.3 L of mix from the hopper, and the machine turns 16-20 L per hour depending on the recipe and ambient conditions, so a cafe or bakery can rebuild a display case across a service without stopping the counter.
What power supply should we specify?
Specify 110 V or 220 V when ordering; the unit accepts 110-220 V at 50-60 Hz and draws 1400 W, so it suits both North American and European sites.
Which bases and mixes can it churn?
Milk, water, cream, fruit, yogurt, chocolate, dairy mix, ice cream syrup and pre-made ice cream powder all run in it, which covers gelato, sorbet and hard ice cream from one cylinder.
Will it fit on a front-of-house counter?
Footprint is 500 mm wide by 530 mm deep and 700 mm tall, and the low-noise, energy-saving compressor is the reason it can sit out front rather than in a back kitchen.
How far does the branding and warranty go?
Stock finishes are silver or white, with OEM/ODM supported if you want the finish matched to a branded counter. The machine carries LVD, CE, RoHS and EMC certification and a 1 Year manufacturer warranty.
Is shipping included in the price?
For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Are import duties and taxes included?
In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page. If a defect appears, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Exchange & Return Policy, and our team guides you through the claim step by step.
