Commercial Reflux Column Still — Copper & Stainless Distillation System

The 4+8 plate column lets you dial reflux up or down: low reflux keeps congeners for whiskey, rum and brandy, high reflux rectifies toward a neutral cut. The gin basket sits in the vapor path for botanical infusion.

Batch capacities run 100 to 600 liters on the same platform. Beyond that, the manufacturer builds to customized dimensions, alternative control-system options, multi-voltage and OEM logo, so the still fits the room rather than the room being rebuilt.

A built-in CIP system and a pot drain handle cleanup without disassembling the column, so the still is back in service quickly. Steam heating through the control panel keeps the heat curve even across the batch run to run.

Give your capacity (100–600 L) and your supply voltage — 110 V, 220 V, 380 V or 480 V — plus any custom dimensions, control-system preference or OEM logo. The unit is electric-powered and semi-automatic as standard.

CE, PED and ISO 9001 apply across the range, with ATEX available on specific builds. Name ATEX in your order if your spirits area requires an explosion-rated configuration, since it is not on every unit.

Core components are the still pot, column, condenser, collecting tank, motor, pump and heating rods, with copper head, gin basket, pot drain, CIP and control panel included. Warranty: 2 years on main vessels, 1 year on electrical and transmission components, plus lifetime technical support.

For in-stock items — anything you can add to the cart — shipping is included in the listed price. For made-to-order items, delivery is either free (marked on the product page) or calculated when you place your order, based on destination and volume.

In-stock items typically arrive within one to three weeks. Made-to-order items take three to six weeks, since we work directly with manufacturers and need time for production and logistics before shipping. Your assigned manager confirms a more precise estimate once your order is placed. Please note we can't be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

In most cases, yes — we aim to ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and import taxes are handled so you don't face extra charges on delivery. In rare cases we may ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you would settle import charges directly with the carrier — but only when agreed with you in advance.

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a one-to-two-year manufacturer's warranty covering factory defects and technical faults under normal use; the specific term is stated on each product page.
